GENERAL
By using this website you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Grove and Willow reserves the right to change any information to the below terms and conditions or any other information on this website at any time.
RETURNS
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so if you have any questions before ordering please feel free to contact us on hello@groveandwillow.co.nz and we will answer them to the best of our abilities. In the unlikely event that you need to return your item(s) to us, please see our returns policy below.
While utmost care is taken when packaging your order, mistakes do sometimes happen. In the event that you have received a wrong item or something that you ordered isn't there at all, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to remedy the situation.
All items are thoroughly checked before packaging, but on the off chance that we have overlooked a fault (excluding items sold as seconds) please contact us with a photo and description of the fault so that we can arrange a replacement to be sent. Contact must be made within 7 days of the parcel being received.
If you find that your parcel has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please photograph both the damaged item and the damage to the packaging (if any) so that we are able to make a claim with our courier and get a replacement on its way.
PRICING
All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars. Grove and Willow is not GST registered therefore GST is not charged on items purchased through this website.
SAFETY AND CARE
Please note that although the paint we use is non-toxic and completely safe for your little one, our items are not teethers and are not designed to be used as teething toys as little teeth could cause the paint to chip and peel. Parental supervision is required at all times. Please check your items before use and discard if they show any signs of wear or damage. Whilst our products are made with safety at the forefront of our minds, Grove and Willow does not take responsibility for accidents or injuries that occur from incorrect use of our products. To clean, please wipe with a damp cloth and do not fully immerse the item in water.
PRODUCT IMAGES
All product images featured on our website and any associated social media accounts are either taken by us or attained with explicit consent from our photographers, influencers and customers. They are all actual photographs of the products you are viewing.
PRIVACY
We will never distribute, sell or use your personal information for any reason other than processing and delivering your order to you. When you place an order by credit card we do not store any information other than what is listed above. Your card details are processed through Stripe on an encrypted server so you can be assured your order is being processed safely and securely.
