WHERE IS YOUR STORE BASED?
Our online store is operated from Otorohanga, a small rural town in the South Waikato, New Zealand. We do offer pick up, send us an email before you make an order and we can arrange this if you live close by!

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? 
All orders are required to be placed through our website. If choosing the custom option, simply pop the details in the notes section. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?
We accept New Zealand bank transfer and all major credit cards which are processed at our secure checkout through Stripe. We also have Afterpay, Laybuy and Paypal. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Some of the items are made to order, this means that it can take 7-14 days for them to be made but check the banner on the website for the latest on turn around times. If you require them quickly then send us an email or a message on Instagram and we can see what we can do! You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been booked with the courier so you can track your items. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
All New Zealand orders are sent via our local Courier, they are tracked and should arrive within 1-5 working days. To find shipping costs please add the items to your cart proceed through the checkout process. For any enquiries on shipping costs please contact us.
